You pay for the Role Twin coverage your Corporate IT needs: L1 desk today, L2 as it rolls out, L3 when it ships. A stand-in of your capacity, never a login as your people. No per-seat counts, no inference markup.

FAQ

Pricing questions we hear first.

Is the free L1 path a trial?

No. When your licensing already runs through us, first-line Role Twin coverage is free as part of that relationship — not a trial that flips into a bill.

Do end users need seats?

No. The twin is one directory identity. People who are allowed to talk to it are gated by your allow list and authorization tiers — not by Subtwin seat licenses.

What about Team Twin pricing?

Team Twin is Stage 3 on the roadmap. Design partners will shape packaging; it will still price around coverage and bonding, not “AI seats.” Roadmap →

What platforms are in L1 vs L2?

L1 (live) covers first-line work on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, and GCP. L2 (rolling out) is escalations — deeper cloud ops, cost intelligence, diagnostics — quoted to your environment.
